Angela Evelyn Bassett (born April 15th 1960) was an American actor. in the television and film industry, she's known for her many awards and nominations. Bassett was brought up by her aunt in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Born and raised at home in New York New York. Bassett moved with her sister to St. Petersburg Florida at age five in order to be near their mother as she was divorced from their dad. While in high school Bassett was a spectator of John Steinbeck's play Of Mice and Men starring James Earl Jones and decided that she wanted to become an actor. The year was 1980 and Bassett was graduated from Yale University New Haven Connecticut with a degree in African American studies. She also received a degree from the Yale School of Drama. In 1997, she got married to Courtney B. Vance who was a fellow actor. Qualification: B.A. degree in African-American studies, 1980. Masters in Fine Arts degree from the Yale School of Drama School: Jordan Park Elementary School Disston Middle School (seventh grade) Azalea Middle School (eighth and ninth grade) Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett plays Ramonda as one of the main characters in the action-adventure film i.e. Black Panther Wakanda forever 2022.
